LORE & BACKGROUND

Like all Man Eaters, the Manswine were once ordinary folk, now grotesquely twisted by their insatiable hunger. But unlike the Manhounds, whose madness came from starvation, the Manswine are the product of unrestrained gluttony. They devoured everything—marrow, bile, and rot—until their bodies swelled and their minds dulled beneath the weight of their excess.

Lumbering and oafish, they trot upon all fours, their bloated guts dragging through the filth. Though sluggish, they possess near-limitless endurance, serving as living battering rams in the tribe’s bloody raids. But when roused to violence, the Manswine become unstoppable, their sheer bulk enough to crush bone, splinter barricades, and trample the unprepared beneath their flailing weight.
