Overall the item looks really great, but the details on the face don’t have the depth that appears to be on the promotional photography which is disappointing, and there are some leftover spurs on the print (not a big deal but that’s why it’s not a 5 star).
I am giving high marks for customer service as the team got back to me right away, and are trying to find solutions.
I’d use this company again, but I might try to pick models that have clearer definition on the face in the future.
