I orderd the Bile Guardians, Crimson Grove Pilgrims, and The Confined. The detail of the models is excellent. However, I was very disappointed with the size. They are most certainly not 32mm scale, not even 28mm heroic scale. They are closest to true 25mm scale, which is tiny.
I had planned to use these in the game Frostgrave. But they are simply not compatible with Northstar Miniatures' Frostgrave plastic models, nor any of the other plastic and metal minis. I have from other ranges.
Frostgrave's plastic human models are at least one full scale bigger than Bestarium's miniatures, yet Frostgrave is 28mm scale and Bestarium is supposed to be 32mm scale.
Given the cost of each miniature, I expected they would be much, much larger.
This grotesque creature was a blast to paint. The large scale models are very nicely constructed.
I've always been a big fan of Bestiarum, love the models, love the passion - here's to another year of grimdarkness!
The plastic is incredibly thin and brittle. The weapons snapped off immediately and the figures broke apart in my hands.
I've been collecting Bestiarum Minis for the past 5 years, and have always loved their art style and quality, here's to another 5 years!
Per the title, I just got my first small swath of minis and they're so awesome. The detail isn't as high as what's rendered for the store screenshots, but they're still ultra detailed and open to a lot of interpretation through painting. I'm so pumped to get some of the larger minis now!
Awesome model to paint, could use some pins and holes to help align parts.
I had my first order with Bestiarium Games. The Miniatures are magnificent! They have a lot of details and are shipped very secure, so nothing was damaged during it's long way. What I like most about the minis is their unique design. They all look different and vivid. I'm really looking forward to painting them.
I have not bought everything on here but the Death's Aegis model is nowhere near as retailed as the pictures make it seem and the details that are there are shallow and become lost even with a “DRY” Dry Brushing, it was also not a 35mm scale but 35mm overall, instead of 35mm from foot to eye level, if resized this may help some of the above issues although I have not tried it.
In short model was ok but not as amazing as it looks in the well lit and edited photographs…
Figurines formidables mais un temps fou pour les recevoir. Je vous les conseils tout de même. Gardez votre mal en patience ces Figurines valent le coût !
Very good detail and shipped very well. I was a little worried about the flail breaking in transit but the packing was so good it didn't! Very happy! Thanks!
