LORE & BACKGROUND

Brooders crawl on too many limbs, their bellies distended with half-digested matter. They break down flesh into a caustic slurry, spun into strands of sinew spat across lairs. With this vile substance, they weave the webbed halls of the brood and tend cocoons like caretakers. They layer, turn, and rupture husks when the time comes, ensuring every construct is birthed into the swarm. In battle, they spew bile as binding resin, blinding or pinning prey before cocooning them. Though lowly among the Remade, Brooders are indispensable caretakers of the brood.
