The Demons of Ecstasy are not a formal caste, but a gathering of entities drawn to the Dominion through shared hunger and sacrament. They are born of concentrated negative energy, its depth at the moment of creation defining their strength. Some are minor, flickering things barely noticed; others arrive with a presence that bends attention around them. They are not summoned by force, but drawn where the veil is thin and pain, desire, and deprivation run high.

All are deformed in ways that disturb the eye, even those shaped to entice. Their forms may include allure, but are always marred, something too much, too little, or seen too late. Their appearance is never incidental; they exist to provoke, to unbalance, to draw mortals toward thresholds they cannot always cross. In the streets of Ashurr and the inner chambers of the Cabal, they are feared and longed for in equal measure.
