At the heart of Balazar’s Dominion lies the Cabal of Languor, a sacred order of daemoniac sorcerers, ritualists, and flesh-binding warlocks. Clad in scented veils and inked with infernal sigils, they are not merely mages but courtesans, attending to the place between the mortal world and the realm beyond. Their rites are indulgent, precise, and agonizingly beautiful.

Where crude possession is a blasphemy of violence, the Cabal pursues the sublime: the Rites of Binding, a mutual pact in which both mortal and demon consent to union, neither consumed nor enslaved. It is through their ministrations that flesh becomes sanctum, that pain becomes power, that the veil between realms is thinned enough for demonkind to slither in.
