The many-headed Ettin are a perversion of nature, believed to be the malformed offspring of giant kin. Discarded upon birth for their weak and twisted limbs, they are thrown into the wild and left to fend for themselves. The spawn of any other species would surely perish, yet Ettin are born brutish, large and powerful, their musculature and voracious nature having gestated already in the womb.
