Nature-made-manifest, containing within him all the boundless growth and bitter rage that plagues the natural world in these terrible times. The Green Man is a god-like entity old as the world itself, guardian of the forests, and he looks ill upon that which encroaches on his domain.
The Green Man is said to roam the most primeval of groves, locked in bitter conflict with the darkness permeating the world for the dwindling fragments of his former domain. Where he strides, nature blooms and bends to his will. His steps are accompanied by the melodious toll of bells, their clear, resonant tone filling the air with a sense of tranquility. These chimes draw the creatures of the wild to his side, their hearts and minds bending before his dominion.
The peace radiating from this divine being is short-lived, however, to those who might threaten him or his subjects. Although weakened by the slow rot of the world, The Green Man is still more than capable of unleashing the wrath of nature upon his foes, bending and twisting it into terrifying forms.
