Who’s for a peek at November’s release? Autumn has delivered a whole lot of sequels to some of our classic collections, and it’s high time we add something new to the mix. So, without further ado - Let’s introduce you to Exuvia, the Waybeacon, and the Cult of the Moth!
In the drowned swamplands, an impossible light burns. A flame so pure it pierces the veil between worlds. Drawn to its brilliance came the Moth Queen.
To her followers, the beacon is salvation, a cleansing fire that strips away flesh and sin alike.
Around the Waybeacon they gather, shedding their humanity in pursuit of a light that can never be grasped. For in the Cult of the Moth, illumination and oblivion are one and the same.
The Cult of the Moth will explore a mire-dwelling cult of foetid madmen, and a resplendent and terrible Demon-Queen. All drawn together, in appropriately Moth-y fashion, by an overpowering obsession - the brilliant and otherworldly light of the Waybeacon - an ancient relic of the world-before, and our accompanying terrain piece for the set.
Here’s a peek at Exuvia herself - who promises to be a classic Bestiarum centrepiece monstrosity - we’re really excited to see people paint her - we designed those wings to be a perfect canvas for weird and interesting patterns.
Hope these lepidopterine freaks ignite your imagination - can’t wait to see what you creative folks cook up with them!
Cheers,
Bestiarum Crew
