This guide is designed to provide a simple structure for anyone submitting an article. Please follow these instructions closely to ensure that the team can process and launch your work in a timely manner, looking its very best.
We know that we’ve got some truly mad creatives amongst our community. If you are planning something beyond the scope described here, we’d still love to support it. Keep in mind the core tenets of this guide and whatever mad scheme you’re cooking will align will look great.

Use the sections that suit your article. Add, remove, or rename headings as needed. The requirements below apply to every submission.

Introduction
Briefly introduce yourself and the project. Explain what you created and what inspired it.
Materials
Where relevant, list the main models, paints, products, materials and tools used.
Use full product names, including the manufacturer, and mention any custom mixes, substitutions or conversions where relevant.
Article
Structure the article in the way that best suits the project. Use clear headings and explain both what you did and why.
Tutorials should explain the major stages in a logical order and include work-in-progress images for each stage. Think about how a novice might understand or follow your guide.
Showcases may focus on the concept, composition, painting, construction, atmosphere, challenges or details of the finished piece. Share the inspiration and excitement that drew you to create the piece in the first place!
End with a brief reflection on what you enjoyed, learned or would approach differently.
Images
Upload the original image files and share them with us via contact@bestiarumgames.com.
Required Images
At least one clean overview image of the finished creation.

Any relevant work-in-progress images of the project.
For painting tutorials, remember to record each of the painting stages you describe.
File Requirements
Square, 1:1 JPG files, no larger than 1.8 MB each.
Sharp, well lit, accurately coloured, and focused on the important elements.
No distracting backgrounds, heavy filters, borders, text or watermarks.
Naming & Placement
Number files in the order they should appear and use descriptive names.
Refer to the filenames in the article and add captions where useful.

Before Submitting
☐ The article is complete and has been proofread.
☐ Important materials and products are identified where relevant.
☐ Required progress and finished images are included.
☐ Images meet the size, format, and naming requirements.
☐ All original image files are uploaded.
☐ Credits and links are complete.
☐ All placeholder text has been removed.
By submitting, you confirm that you give permission to share the text and images and that Bestiarum Games may edit, publish and promote the article at their discretion.
